Pilates
Pilates is a slow form of body and mind exercise. The lesson is conducted at a calm pace, where there is a lot of room for explanation and emphasis is placed on correctness of exercises. This system is designed to restore healthy posture and create new movement habits that allow free movement without excessive muscle tension. Pilates allows you to get to know your body better, to understand it well. The lessons use various aids that increase the intensity of exercise - foam roller, magic circle.
