Core and mobility
A lesson aimed at improving the right level of mobility, stability and strength.
IN In the mobility part you will encounter movement drills, which are used to develop joint mobility, body flexibility and remove stiffness. IN parts of the core you will find exercises aimed at strengthening the center of the body to build a strong and stable torso.
We will gradually shift the functional capacity and health of the locomotor system as well as maximum performance.
